Health & Safety
Our service providers follow all current local, state, and national guidelines. We ask that your community members / employees follow do so as well. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell so everyone stays safe and healthy!
Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee (per service provider, per shift, per day). Cancellations received less than 7 days before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 25% of the service price. Cancellations received less than 4 days before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service price. The full service price will be due for any cancellations received less than 3 days before the scheduled service. These rates apply to partial (reducing the service time) and full cancellations.
Changes and Rescheduling
Once the massage therapist(s) have been confirmed for the scheduled service, any changes or rescheduling will incur a $25 administrative fee (per service provider, per shift, per day). Rescheduling requests received less than 7 days before the scheduled service will be treated as a cancellation - please see the above cancellation policy for details.
Individual Client Policies - Late Arrivals
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to stay on time and accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Package Policies
Company Paid Package
The company (or host) is invoiced based on length of time that the massage therapist is requested to be onsite for.
Employee or Customer Paid Package
For services where each employee or customer will be paying individually, please collect funds from each person in advance. An invoice for the total amount of time the massage therapist is requested to be onsite will be sent to the organizer.
Company Subsidized Package
For services where each employee or customer will be paying for a portion of their massage appointment, please collect funds from each individual in advance. An invoice for the total amount of time the massage therapist is requested to be onsite will be sent to the organizer.
